Weird Sound From Speakers (Help Needed, Very Much..)

So, this weird sound can now be heard on my computer, when I turn up the speakers to a certain volume;

It poped up out of nowhere.
It can be heard with the speaker in the computer and headphones.
I need to get rid of it so fast I can, because it's pissing me off.
Is there a way I can ''kill'' the computer and restart everything?

Did you try muting your mic?

typical sound of feedback! speakers too loud / mic too sensitive, and no feedback-zapper function in the hardware/software. could also be electrical short in the jacks or board, causing speaker signal to bleed through to the mic circuitry. try a different output, or a new soundcard.
