Weird "sound" when game end (league of legends) or when video change episode on vlc...(BSOD sound... lol)

Well everytime my gf finish a league game or vlc change episode there that "annoying" sound like when you bsod but it doesnt bsod... (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Eoimp4LxRw) that one but it doesnt last long... like 1~3 seconds... still annoying and shouldnt happen :S hope anybody can help...
Btw she still using windows 7 is it worth upgrading for windows 10? and is it still free to upgrade now?

Hi,

I believe its no longer free to upgrade to Windows 10 anymore - this ended last year September I think.

As for the sound - have you installed all the necessary drivers - update the drivers to the newest. Chipste, GPU and Audio.

It shouldn't happen you are right.

Have you used a registry cleaning tool?
