Weird sound when gaming/browsing

Hey guys, just finished building my new pc about 5 days ago and have been playing it religiously ever since. However, I noticed last night, while browsing, I got this err sound for like half a second(it also kinda locked up my pc for that half second). And while gaming today, it did the same thing. Do you guys know what the potential problem could be?

Is the sound coming from the PC itself or the speakers?
