[SOLVED] weird sound when starting games

Hi, everytime I start Battlefield, GTA or other games my new computer will make this strange noise:

(sound can be enabled bottom right corner on imgur)
The sounds is coming from the speakers. If I disconnect Audio output there is no noise.
Does anyone know if there might be an issue?
