[SOLVED] weird sound

My pc makes a weird sound which repeats every time and i have no idea what it is, i'm guessing a fan, for sure not the cooler because i put that on 0% and the sound was still there so either gpu or psu but i think gpu, what can i do?

Hard drive or case fan fine?

Remove the gpu and power on the rest. If the sound is gone, might be a buzzing of coil whine from the psu or gpu

Which exact hardware are you using?
