Question Weird sounds coming from PC

Hello. When I load into games I hear a high pitched screeching sound. Then I hear buzzing. I checked cpu temps in bios and it’s C46•. The buzzing comes from around cpu cooler.

I have a 3700x with stock cooler and a 2060s fe.

the fan is dying, if its new u can get it replaced if not change the cooler I never bother with stock coolers, even though the amd ones don't suck as much.

Really? This PC is a month old or less. It is a weird screeching. Pretty quiet tho. Then some buzzing
