Yesterday I upgraded my motherboard and CPU to the Ryzen 5 3600 and Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro Wifi. When I boot the PC, the fans turn on before the motherboard's RGB lights. Furthermore, the GPU takes a minute to turn on (RGB on it stays off and no display), and both the GPU and fans will turn on and off a few times before the PC finally boots up. I believe everything is plugged in right and I'm not sure what could be causing the components and peripherals to turn on and off multiple times before the PC finally powers up. My mouse and keyboard also power on and off multiple times throughout the process.
