Question Weird startup after enabling ERP S5 ?

I got an ASUS TUF Gaming K3 Gen II keyboard which i bought yesterday and the RGB stays on after I shut down my PC, so after some research I decided to enable ERP S5 and the RGB went off after i did that.

However, I've now got a weird startup after I turn on my PC. When I press the power button it delays 3 seconds and clack sounds happen, and then it boots into Windows which makes me confused.
Is it safe?
Will the PC break?

CPU: Ryzen 9800X3D
GPU: XFX RX 7900 XTX
