Question Weird Startup Issue with MSI Monitor

MAG271CQR monitor
RTX 2080 Graphics card but everything is fine on my other monitor so i dont think that's the issue. Also I just replaced the display port cable but it didnt help anything. The Issue goes away after about 5-10min. Any insight is appreciated.

I'll give it a try, thanks! I should have also mentioned that this only happens after it has been off for a few days so it will take a little time to know.

No luck as of yet with the problem. For some reason the problem is only with windows, monitor startup screen and Bios look perfectly normal...
