Weird static audio noise coming in to headphones

Hello! I finished my build 3 days ago and jumped on it. From the get go it seemed all fine but after playing first game of fortnite with friends an issue popped up. I then confirmed it is a recurrent issue on more games with more demanding graphics since in league I don't get this noise but in ARK Survival Evolved I do get it.
It seems I have a weird low static audio coming from my headphones which goes down as I lower the graphics being the noise 0 if the all graphics are set to low. So I tried 4 things. First I checked audio drivers, then tried switching audio ports from the front of the case to being directly connect to the motherboard without a success. After that brought up my brother's headphones and the issue remained. Finally I tried just disconnecting it and hearing it directly from the monitor and the static was gone but obviously I do wanna use headphones.´

I do not have a sound card. Maybe time to get one?
Any help?

Specs:

Thank you very much!

I think I might have the same issue as you. I have gotten some answers from different people, and plan on bying an external soundcard.
