Question Weird static noise coming from PSU ?

Assembled my first build and everything seems to be running fine except a slight static noise coming from the PSU when the PC does anything but sitting idle. It was especially noticable when I move my mouse around these graphs as seen in the video.

Thats my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2qJ9N6

Is this something normal? How high is the risk of running the build like this? PSU was bought second hand.

"This video is private".

But the sound could be coil whine. And it may not come from PSU, but instead from GPU. Unless you open up your PC case and put your ear to it, to locate from where it comes, can't accuse PSU.
Ah, my bad. Shouldn't be private anymore. Thanks for the reply!
It's 100% coming from the PSU. I did put my ear to every single component inside. It also doesn't sound like anything I've seen regarding coil whine.

It's a 100% the PSU
#1 Why isn't your PSU screwed to the PC case? I can see, what seems to be, MoBo standoff sticking out of one of the screw holes.

#2 Rattling noise? If so, it sounds like vibration noise. Properly screwing the PSU to PC case fixes that.

PSU was bought second hand.
#3 Terrible idea. There is no telling what kind of abuse the PSU has seen, or if it even delivers within spec voltages.

#4 PSU make and model (or part number) is?
Or is it really the RM850x as in your pcpp list?

#1 was an intermediate solution yesterday when assembling, because I was missing the screws - used the Mobo standoffs as screws but even with proper screws nothing changed

#2 no rattling or vibrations

#3 I might be seeing that. Can there be more risk than the PSU failing on me?

#4 yeah it's a Corsair RM850x (2021) 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

Could be PSU fan bearing as well. Other than that, there are no other possible sound sources from PSU.

Yes. PSUs have magical ability to fry everything they are connected to (aka your whole PC). Since PSU powers everything, it is the most important component inside the PC. Hence why never to cheap out on PSU (either by buying low quality PSU or used PSU).

Also, with used PSU, you will not get any warranty with it.
Corsair certified refurbished PSUs only come 90 days of warranty, regardless the PSU.
While brand new Corsair RMx has 10 years of warranty.

Here's one thing i don't get it. You clearly have enough money to buy 700 bucks GPU (RTX 3080), yet, you cheap out on PSU. How come? 🤔
