Question Weird static noise from my PC to the TV

Hello,
I wanted to connect my PC to the TV in the living room, so i got a 5 meter HDMI cable
first, for some reason, it only works via the 1st HDMI port, 2 through 4 doesn't give any signals
when i connect it, it keeps doing this weird static noise thing shown in the video i took

with really loud noise too.
and now after few minutes, the screen have gone totally green!

My PC:
Ryzen 5 2600
Rx 580 (Latest drivers)
Windows 10

We will need additional information. Can you state the make and model of your motherboard? Check and see the version of BIOS you're on. What is the make and model of your PSU and it's age? Which version of Windows 10 are you working with?

Does the issue crop up when using a shorter length of HDMI cable?

MSI B450 A Pro
PSU: Bitfenix formula Gold 650W
Windows 10: Version 10.0.17763 Build 17763
i tried different HDMI cables, same issue (They were the same length tho)
