Question Weird static sound

My friends keep telling me I sound like a jet engine when I speak and I went to control panel and pressed listen to check it out and I can hear it too, I bought a separate mic to see if it would change and it didn’t , anyone know what the issue could be ?

The gain could be too loud.

or you can run setup for speech recognition, that usually does an ok job
