Hello!
So I play games like Dota 2, CS:GO and etc.
I never had any stutter during these games and they all went smooth.
Recently, I've installed Viscera's Cleanup Detail : Shadow Warrior, and since then, all my multiplayer based games have this lag stutter thing.
The fps is fine and it doesn't drop, and the ping is 10-50. So everything is normal.
The stutter comes every 10-15 seconds where the game just stops, but I can move and the ping is fine. Like, I start teleporting around and it's annoying. Basically, When I switch weapons in CS:GO the animation finishes, and then resets. But my internet is fine. I've checked. I can play single player games perfectly. But in every single multiplayer game I tried in. It has the same sort of stutter.
I would really like to fix this problem because it's starting to really annoy me.

GPU: AMD Radeon R7 250/HD 8670
HDD: For the OS and other programs : TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 1 TB SATA 6 GB/S
For the video games : ST320LM001 HN-M320MBB 3 GB/S
PSU: IGMAX MODEL 500C 230V age unkown
OS: Windows 10 Professional 64x
I FIXED IT, THE PROBLEM WAS A COCKROACH WAS STUCK IN THE ROUTER ETHERNET PORT HOLE
