Question Weird stutters and underperforming ?

Hey, and thanks in advance for any help.

I got a problem with underperforming setup, in warzone 2 i had around 60-70 fps which is not satisfying, now I play mostly fort nite and on comp settings - performance mode i got HUGE stutters from 165 (capped) even TO 50-60 fps.
This frame skip is basically hardly playable.

Lmk if you need any more informations/benchmark i can make.

BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time? You might want to use DDU, remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia) while in Safe Mode, then manually reinstall the latest GPU drivers for your platform, sourced from Nvidia's support site, in an elevated command, i..e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

I removed drivers in safe mode, installed new ones from support site.
Didnt work.

G SYNC enabled , main display (165 hz) - display port, secondary (60hz) hdmi
chipset drivers up to date

i didnt overclock nothing (only xmp profile for ram), not so long ago i was checking temps and they were not overheating but i can check again.
