weird tearing and micro stuttering on fortite with v sync off

so i built my pc about a month ago and would like to play fortnite with v sync off but i get bad micro stutters and lag when it is off. i have a 60 hz monitor and cap my fps to 60 in game and have v sync off and it still happens.


my build

cpu ryzen 7 2700
gpu geforce gtx 1050 from nvidia
motherboard asus prime b350 plus
8 gb ram
i have done 0 overclocks on anything

i know my cpu and gpu is a weird combo but amazon sent me a better cpu

if anyone has any answers please reply because i dont like playing with v sync on and would like to make sure my pc is fine.

Even though it's capped it's still gonna tear at times because it may not be matching it 100%

Just turn vsync on

Limit fps using Inspector to 59. Click the apply button near top right corner to make the change.

Turn on Vsync as usual.

Together you shouldn't have no tear or input lag.
