[SOLVED] Weird temp reads

The screenshots above where taken with only Firefox open.

After my pc restarted on its own the other day, I started checking the temps and I thought it was too hot because the "Cores" temps are really high (60-70ºC idle, 80ºC when Firefox is running) and guessed the problem was the thermal paste, but after changing it, it's still the same. In theory there's nothing really wrong with my system, my case has 2 fans, the cooler is a Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO and I cleaned it 2 weeks ago. Maybe I'm just wrong and "Cores" isn't the temp I should be looking at, but after looking at other posts in this forum, which say that "Package" temp refers to the average temp of all cores, I noticed the readings are just really weird, because it makes no sense in my mind that the readings are so low (specially the lowest reading at 7ºC) when the ambient temperature is 30ºC. Could my sensors just be malfunctioning? In any case, what should I really be looking at?

As a last note, when idle, temps keep jumping 5-10º up and down, and when put under load the "Cores" temp rises to 96º and the "Package" one rises to 47ºC before there's a bit of thermal throttling.

Solution
yes this one :)

use a stress test like prime95 (option smallFFT in the tool) and have a look if the temp. margin is getting below zero or the frequency is throttling below 2GHz

After running it for a while, the lowest I've seen the temp margin at is 19.5ºC. This is good right? Then it's been me reading the temps wrong all along.
