Sry for reposting but the original thread kinda died and i am pretty concerned with my PC.
So this started a while back, in fifa 19.
Now it is on any other game as well
On light surfaces there are very slight, almost black, horizontal lines that kinda move when i move my camera... It is really annoying and i fear my graphics card is dying
And yes, i did update my driver and reinstalled it.
Actually all of this happened after i updated it.

Solution
First thing I would do is grab some canned air and make sure the GPU heatsink and fan are free from dust and debris by using short, controlled bursts (being careful not to overspin the fan and reduce the life of the bearings) and make sure temps are legit.

Then I would eliminate windows itself as the problem by booting a linux USB like ubuntu in live mode and running some GPU tests like these and/or these.

Might be a good idea to grab a desktop or box fan and force cool air into the open panel of the case to eliminate overheating while the tests are running.

If everything is stable on linux possible a windows reinstall using the latest 1809 would resolve your problems.
Texture glitches are commonly made by drivers try to update or roll back drivers (when new update comes, i saw you said you updated drivers). But card can do that too but its rare ( if card is faulty you get artifacts on screen with spots, decollorisation, crashes...) basicly if your pc doesnt crash i would say its probably drivers.
