Weird textures in games.

Hello, so I have noticed that in some games I get these weird textures that flash often and I don't know what causes it.

These textures can appear all over the screen and appear more often in some games. Could anyone help me solve this issue?

What game is that? It looks pretty low quality regardless of that glitch. an r9 390 should be able to max out most all settings on all games.

Can you go into AMD Global overdrive, back your core clock and memory clock BACK 5%. leave power the same, 0% change.

Let me know if you can reproduce the white and glitches with those underclocked settings.
