Question Weird textures in GTA V

After i've been playing gta v for like an hour it start to do weird things to the textures (mostly when i'm looking at places without much builings and some races) and it flickers sometimes when i'm moving my mouse. Is there anyone with the same problem or someone that can help me, than pls respond. I've everything on very high, msaa 4x, fxaa on
pc specs:
gtx 1060 3g
i5 8400
8 gb ram

Do these issues only happen in gta or do they happen in other games too?
