I Have Asus Pheonix Gtx 1050ti And When I Start My Pc Graphics Card Memory Clock Is Stuck at 405mhz Once I restart It It Fixes It Does Anyone Know What Could Be Happening Im Woried My Graphics Card Is Somehow Broken

Try using cpuid hwmonitor classic {free} while it is doing the 100% idle thing. HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID You can monitor voltages, fan speed, power usage etc. along with the rest of your pc . You can check to see if something is going wrong that way. When you drop out of task manager does it go back to 100% idle?

games are at like 20fps before i restart my pc and then once i do memory goes back to the normall 3504mhz and games run at 60fps

in windows i press start menu power icon and shutdown (btw im useing windows 11 22h2)
