Hello there, first i'm gonna list out my specs
MBO - Asus ROG STRIX B450-F Gaming
CPU - Ryzen 5 1600AF
RAM - TeamGroup T-Force RGB 3000Mhz 2x8GB
GPU - PowerColor RedDragon RX 570
PSU - Aerocool 550W 80+ Bronze RGB
I've moved up from an Prime A320M-K to a B450 mobo and from a TeamGroup T-Create 3200mhz CL22 to a TeamGroup T-Force 3000mhz CL16. Everything works fine, except one thing that i've noticed.Running my ram at their indicated speed of 3000mhz XMP(D.O.C.P) it gives me a 3100 points in that little CPU-Z Bench.....when i use the ram with xmp at 3000,but put it at 3200 frequency.....the performance drops a little, lets say by 100 points.....My question is why tho? I kind of refuse to think that the ram can't take 200mhz increase ........ Any ideas or clues? Thank you in advance
