Question Weird Toshiba laptop problem

first of all, hi to everyone

So, I go trough weirdest problem that I faced till now. My laptop keeps restarting after 5-10 seconds into desktop, but in safe mode it's not restarting at all.
I've installed 5 versions of windows
I've tried to disable auto restart on system failure

I don't think it's a hardware problem, bcs in safe mode or when I'm installing a new windows, it's not restarting, not even once.

any opinions of what should I try to solve this issue?

edit: spooked too soon, after putting it under a little "stress" in safe mode ( just installed Chrome and tried browsing) boom, restart. I'm out of ideas
