Weird Unnamed File/Property Infected Computer

hey guys a friend of mine suddenly plugged in his HDD external into my PC and suddenly when i checked it has some weird files out of weird places..

i can't delete the file or removed them from the explorer, it's unnamed and it doesn't have properties, still the file doesn't seem to be harmful but it just messed up a lot of stuffs, im using windows 7 ultimate x32 bit, i tried system restore on the other computer that was infected and it worked but some of the files installed were corrupted and the system restore doesn't work on this computer please help me guys

I would definitely recommend downloading and running MalwareBytes Anti-Malware and run a full scan on the computer.

You might be able to remove them with the process found HERE , but it does involve using the command prompt, so if you're uncomfortable with that then I would not.

download a hirem boot cd or from a know anti virus software company a rescue cd or make a bootable usb stick.
on your pc make sure you have an anti virus running if it is see if it expired or the engine is old. i would do a full anti virus scan of your pc and his ext hard drive.

thanks i will try both methods and report back as soon as possible, im scanning the pc with malware bytes now and testing the process of how to remove a unnamed files

im confused in the removal process of the un named files, first of all the unnamed files are in the "My computer" and second is the Desktop, the explanation is a bit confusing

please the problem still persist, i discovered that it's somehow affiliated with NTUSER.DAT files and a registry codes hidden within MY COMPUTER, i can't delete the file VIA CMD because it's file protected
