Weird vibration/humming noise coming out of PC

After installing my new corsair rm 1000 psu I realized that now I hear a weird humming/vibrating noise from my pc (it's not anything with the psu fan because it starts up at a certain point and remains idle before that) anyways it's this weird noise almost as if a phone vibrating it sounds like this (try to picture this) Hmmmm............(pause)............hmmmmm.........hmmmmmm like that but a whooshing sound also I tried stopping certain fans and seing if that was just cause it I was thinking of just unplugging all of my fans and checking out if I still heard the sound, i,also heard this can be loose fan bearings how exactly can you tell what a loose Bearing is. I mean on some of my fans I pushed them inwards and,they moved up as if pushing a button and then would fall back into place is that loose berrings?

The pushing thing you are describing is the screws holding the fan in place. They are probably loose and you should tighten them with a screwdriver. Bearings are internal components to a fan and if these are broken, the fan would not work( and if it did, it would be noisy and barely turn).

No the framing around the fan is solid when I push in the individual fan itself it moves in and then down again I ca provide a video/picture if you don't understand. Is it possible it's the PSU in anyway? I upgraded from 850 watts to 1000 watts. I actually think it may be my hardrive vibrating and making that noise but I just noticed this after changing the psu

Yea I will do that It might not be the fans but like I said before the frames in place the fan itself has plenty off room to rotate and isn't tight at all thus i said I can push it in and it comes back down. The reason I think it's my hard drive is because I have one SSD and then a regular 1tb 7,200 rpm so maybe that's the vibrating noise but I will shut off all the fans and test it out when I do I will get back to you

If it is your HDD vibrating, you should be able to isolate it by just putting your ear close to it (or your finger after grounding yourself). The case fans can be isolated by simply unplugging the fan or putting your finger on the hub of the fan to slow it down.

I could be over reacting normal noise fan, but then again I don't remember hearing this before. It sounds like a propeller engine. Like whoosh......whoosh and then the little vibrations run simultaneously with that as if they are the same thing it probably is normal fan noise but before I upgraded to 1000 watts I really don't remember hearing wooshing, I just remember the sound of air moving quietly. I have a cyber power 360 water cooling kit is it possible the water cooler is the issue ( I really don't think so just taking guesses ) and about the high pitched noise I only occasionally hear a tiny electrical buzz but for me it sound normal and I only here it I'm I stick my ear next to the harddrive bay or one of the openings in the pc.

I put my ear to the PSU , and I don't hear any noise is it possible it makes the fans spin faster or something like I said I started noticing this after putting in the psu but the psu it self does not make a noise
