Question Weird video glitches

I recently got a new pc (RTX 3070) and i’ve noticed weird colors and shapes when watching videos or streams on both of my monitors i’ve rolled back a driver update and it didn’t seem to fix, haven’t notice this at all while gaming though. Also have tried different browsers it didn’t seem to help either.

How are you connecting it to the monitor? I've had this happen when I used an old cable. A newer one might help. Or it's a dying card. Lets hope cable.

Im connecting it to one monitor with display port and other monitor with hdmi and its happening on both. If it was a dying card would there be problems with games too or no?
