Weird white boxes fill corners of video boxes (e.g. YouTube video boxes)

The box/frame goes all white and it's so sucky, because when I want to or need to see something it's always there, before happening 2 quarters of the time and now it's almost everywhere. I think it's a problem with my graphics, and I've updated from Windows 7 to 10. Never happened in 7, then again people say Windows 10 has a lot of problems. can't get a URL for the image sadly :/

And sometimes in the same box/frame the video goes full white; and if I'd scroll down, it'd copy everything. (Similar effect for when you'd get an error message or something in Windows XP when you drag the box it would leave a trail)

And honestly all I know is that it's something with either a plugin or graphics.

Please help I'll answer all questions! (Those that I can answer.)
