[SOLVED] Weird windows 10 search bar glitch

I get this weird problem with my windows 10. When a windows task icon (the icons on the bottom right of taskbar) is added/removed, my windows search bar highlights itself. It returns to normal just for mousing over it, does not affect me in any other way, except my bit of ocd. Started happening out of nowhere, no new apps or icons. Already tried sfc scannow, dism repair commands.

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.
