Hello, i recently installed windows onto my computer using my student code, and it was working fine up until recently (for about 2-3 months). Then, when i moved my computer upstairs, it stopped working and was stuck at starting windows. I tried booting into everything, startup repair, regular windows, installation disc, and none of them worked.
I left it there for about 1 week, and when i started it up, it booted into startup repair. It told me to system restore from an earlier point in time and it worked. Then, when i restarted, the problem occurred again after just moving it from my bed to my table. I put it back onto my bed and reseated RAM and stuff, and it worked again. Now i don't know whether to shut it down before doing anything that would require windows working.
Do you think me moving it is causing it problems, or my HD is failing.
