I am running windows 7 on a dell pc. I use a Westell wireless device, model 7501. My wireless doesn’t work. I’m connected but without internet access. My partner, using a mac, connects fine to the wireless. When I plug in the ether cord, I connect fine. I connected fine with the wireless for two years before this happened. My wireless works fine in several other locations – at work, on the road, etc. When I run diagnostics (both with ether cord and without), I get the following message of a detected problem that could not be resolved: “Your computer appears to be correctly configured but the device or resource (DNS server) is not responding.”
Any ideas? Thanks.
