Weired looking stutter when playing League of Legends

So recently i have been playing LOL without Vsync and i have this stutter looking effect occurring on my screen. It is not very noticeable but you can see it in corners and when you focus on objects while the screen is locked. My frames are always above 150 (Gtx 780) and i have a 60Hz monitor. I would love to know how to solve this or if it is even solvable, as playing with Vsync is currently undesirable due to the issues with the new map lol put out having issues.

Hmmm... I use V-sync in LoL with GTX 770. Haven't noticed what you describe but I don't lock camera, either.

I have been using vsync but with new rift I have been having issues with it, fps will drop randomly. Many people also have this issue, it seems to be linked to champion ablities in-game. And I do not play with locked camera but I hold spacebar to lock if for pereods of time, for example when I'm in a fight.
