I finally stop my choice at GTX 1060 than RX 580 for power consume. my final question is my mobo : MSI PRO VDH B450 MAX , compatible for this VGA, pict in the link

Yes it fits, any newer GPU will fit on the mobo (they are made to fit on those ) better check will it fit in the case and do you have enough strong PSU to power it.

thats a relive, for PSU i already used 500W form cooler master, afterall i chose GTX 1060 than RX 580 because of the power its take. and a proc Ryzen 5 3600, from many source says my PSU is adequite for those component.
before this, i have an ATX mobo(asus aura B150), and now i change to micro atx, i think my case is more space now
