Question Well i just want to know what this is

the first one is how my icons look in file explorer but on the desktop the look normal and on the second picture is this thing that pops up when i start my pc, this has not happend before i updated in the microsoft store and yeah. Also onedrive did download all my destop things and on the desktop they went to those things in the first picture but then I turned off so onedrive didn't dowload them and they retured on the desktop but some of them did not return there icon in file explorer.
