I have a Corsair 270r and I am looking to buy dust filters or mesh front panels for it and would like to know where to buy

those are not sold seperatly but you can buy a dust filter and remove some pieces and put it in.

You could contact Corsair, they are normally helpful for things they don't always sell on their website.
