Werfault.exe - Application error

Hi,

Since yesterday I'm getting this weird error of Werfault.exe - Application error in title bar and detail message as The instruction at 0x069d61a2 referenced memory at 0x0000011b. The memory could not be read.
Click OK to terminate the program.

I'm using Toshiba Laptop Protege series with Windows 7 Professional SP1 64 bit OS.

Request you to help me on this weird issue.

Did you install or update any software and/or drivers prior to this happening? Sometimes, but not always, this error message is related to a driver issue. Werfault.exe is the Windows Error Reporting service.
