"werfault.exe" Keeps running when i try to load things

For example, when i press on teamspeak 3 client nothing happens. But when i monitor it in the task manager i see that "werfault.exe" loads right before shutting TS3 down. I cant find any fixes online, and this is a fresh install of windows 7 btw. Any help would be great!

Forgot to say that I found the fix. What you put above didn't work for me I just got a different error code.

The way I fixed it was to just install service pack 1 as soon as the windows install was done, before installing any software.
