Sorry that you are facing some issues with your drive.
As it is most probably failing, you need to back up all the data stored on it as soon as possible.
After that, I guess you can try something simple as just changing the cables(both SATA and power one).
In case the issue persists, you can just contact WD's Support either by e-mail or phone and eventually RMA the drive.
