Western Digital AV-GP WD3200AVVS 320GB for DVR

Hi All.
I am planning to buy Western Digital AV-GP WD3200AVVS 320GB for my h.264 DVR.
Is it a good pick and can it also be used in Pc.?
Do you people recommend it ? Which is better between WD and Seagate at this price.? 320GB is enough for my requirement and is for $25 at amazon.

Thank you Scout. MY concern is with this particular model. I had never used such AV drives. Is it good or should I choose any 7200 RPM WD Drive lie cavier blue.?
Right Now my DVR is running with WD1600AAJS and it has failed in a sense,that it skips recording like 2 hrs record then gap of from few minuted to 3-4 hrs. That's why I am more conscious

you could use it also the other one have a 2 years warranty check it out you may be able to rma it .

Just Recommend whether WD AV would be good for my DVR Or seagate AV. Your recommendation will be my final pick.
