Westinghouse TV tons of lines on screen off and on

I have a 32 inch Westinghouse I only wanted to use as a monitor, it works great but now has tons of lines in the screen like its being shocked or something. Below is the link for my Youtube vid that will clearly show what I mean.

Also when I tap the bottom of the TV sometimes it goes away for a few hours, others it just gets worse. Sometimes it turns all black and then gives a box like I just switched inputs.

This happens with nothing connected or with something connected, I tried to use HDMI and VGA with my laptop results are the same.

Replace it, not worth fixing an off-brand 32" set. A new or used top tier set like Samsung, LG, Sony, etc... can be found for about $200 or less in that size. Vizio is retty good also. I got a used 39" 1080p Vizio TV a couple of years ago for $180, still works and looks like new.
