[SOLVED] Wet GPU, computer won't boot

I dropped some water on my desktop and some seemed to pool on my graphics card. I used a hair dryer and tried rebooting it a couple times (I know I know now I know), until it shut itself off. After a few hours I tested the power supply with a paper clip and it worked. I had removed the GPU and the computer fans and lights turned on. But then I replaced the GPU and the on-button is non-responsive. It powers up again when I remove GPU. I connected the HDMI on the motherboard to my TV but it doesn't send any signal. I have the hard drives removed but otherwise everything remains connected. No beeping when it turns on, but a little light inside bounces between CPU and DRAM.

Which should I throw away - the graphics card? the mobo? power supply?

This is a self-build I miraculously got to work 3 or 4 years ago.
GEFORCE GTX 1070 graphics card
Rosewill ARC M650 power
Z170A Krait gaming motherboard ATX
2 x 16 GB ROM
Samsung Solid State Drive and 1TB WD regular hard drive
Cooler Master 212 EVO

Could be a short on the graphics card causing the PSU to trip protections and it may need to be professionally repaired.

I would try to test the graphics card in another computer if possible.

Thanks @NightHawkRMX I dont think I can test the graphics card in another computer. I was hoping to isolate the problem by removing the graphics card, but I cant get it to boot up even after removing it.
