WeTransfer Problem windows 10 problem!

Hello technomans (???) !

I am in dire need of help! (AGAIN)

I have a mail account given to me by my ISP and I use outlook on Windows 10 to see the mail incoming. Now the issue here is that when ever someone sends me a file via WeTransfer I do not get the mail!
It doesn't go to spam, or trash or unwanted. It doesn't go anywhere. It simply doesn't arrive to the email address.

Any idea what's the problem?

It could be that the email containing the file(s) exceeds the size limit set by your email provider.

I contacted WeTransfer directly and it seems that my email somehow got on their "black list". They just removed it from there and it works now.
