[WFB] Dispell the dispell?

Hi all!
If a player tries to dispell a spell that is in play using power dice
in his own magic phase can his dispell attempt be dispelled? It might
seem insane but logically, if using power dice to dispell is "casting a
dispell spell" then that "dispell spell" should be dispellable(yikes).

Any input appreciated!
