WFP_INVALID_OPERATION BSOD consistently

I'm receiving a BSOD WFP_INVALID_OPERATION error code on an hourly basis. Here's what I've tried so far that hasn't worked:
1. Replacing PSU and RAM.
2. Reinstalling Windows from a USB recovery drive.
3. Fresh Start Windows reinstall.

I have read that I should be analyzing the minidump file after a crash, but no minidump files are being created in the minidump location. I've been trying to figure this out for about a month now, and am finally resorting to asking for specific help on the internet.

I would be suspecting a bad disk or CPU temperature.

Have you monitored your CPU temperatures?

I have checked randomly here and there without noticing a high temperature, but not over time or during peak usage. What's a good method to monitor CPU temperature?

Also - how can I get my minidump files to show up?

update the network driver.
get new one from the motherboard vendors website.

if you use a usb wireless device. you have to update the motherboard bios, cpu chipset drivers, any usb 3.x chipset driver as well as the driver for the actual usb device. (since usb devices depend on all of these components, you never know where the error comes from)

sometimes you will have to turn off the virus scanner until you do the network driver update. (streaming software and virus scanners get messed up by old network drivers)

windows memory dumps are stored at c:\windows\minidump directory by default
this can be changed by the user or OEM.

windows kernel memory dumps are stored as c:\windows\memory.dmp
file.
