developed the original PC storage system.

Physical Description:About 5'5 usually wears a wite T-shirt and jeans.
Has Dark Brown(almost black)hair, light skin color, and hazel eyes.
Bill is 15 now.

Quick bio: Bill lives in Viriddian City with his mom. His father
mysteriously disapered when he was 8 years old. Bill's mom recently
developed a strange new disease. The best doctors have looked at her
and can't figure out what caused it or how to cure it. Bill is
determined to find a cure for this disease..and mabey find out what
happened to his father.

Personality:Bill is very easy-going. He is an excellent speaker and
very intelligent and resourceful. Bill is caring and kind to both
people and pokemon alike. He is very careful about choosing friends. So
he only has two good friends in town Amanda and Neil. Bill is very
protective of those close to him, both his family and his friends, and
he will do anything to keep them out of harms way.

Pokemon:Bill currently has three pokemon:

Magmar-Bill received Magmar on his 10th birthday when he attended a
lecture on pokemon natures. After the lecture he asked Prof.Oak(who was
giving the lecture)if he could come with him to Pallet Town and get his
first pokemon. The professor was a little worried about how his mother
would react so he gave him one of the level five Magmars he used to
explain pokemon natures.
Magmar's move list:Flamethrower,Smaokescreen,Fire Punch,and Smog

Scyther-The day after Bill's 10th birthday a stranger came though town.
He grabbed Bill's arms and put a pokeball into his arms and
whispered"Sorry I missed your birthday" and he left. Bill was confused.
He wondered who the stranger was and how he knew it was past his
birthday. After realizing that somethings are better off being a
mystery Bill threw the Pokeball and a Scyther appeared.
Scyther's Move list: Slash,Doubleteam,Furycutter,and Swordsdance.

Butterfree: After getting these two pokemon. Bill started to train in
the forest. One day he found a Caterpie, Bill had seen Caterpies before
but this one seemed different. After a fairly short battle Bill
captured the Caterpie. After a couple months of training Bill's
caterpie evolved into a metapod and then into a Butterfree.
Butterfree's Move list:Silverwind,Doubleteam,Stringshot,and Psybeam.

Enemies:All evil doers.

Friends:Amanda and Neil(as well as his pokemon)

Goals:To cure his mom's illness and find out what happened to his
father.

Is or isn't? You say is, but the wording suggests it was supposed to be
isn't.

Touching background. I suppose your character isn't going to be going for the
gyms much. Still, when has PW! ever been about actually following the
footsteps of Ash Ketchum? ^^

He is not related to Bill. Sorry for my sloppy typing. It was a
mixture of tiredness(from a long day of school)and annoyance(AOL kicked
me off right before I finished the first copy). I will be more careful
with my typing and headers in the future.

If you're still awaiting approval - just start writing. Do a few
intro posts. Most, though not all, of the active characters are in
Hoenn right now, so that might limit your opportunities for interaction
(although White Blade is close by - you might want to write Bill
meeting him). You'll be as in as a new author can get.

Also, don't forget to tag your posts with the [PW!] header.

Just be cautious how you meet up with people if you plan it. Viridian city is
quite a ways from Cerulean. You'd have to go through Pewter, then Mount Moon.
And I've got plans for my character as well. By the time you can write your
character there, I may be long gone. Plan your moves well in advance and you
can really get a good story going. Just be sure to leave yourself enough
leeway so if whoever you're pairing with decides to do something drastic
(like, say, I don't know, fall down a fissure in Mount Moon, get lost, ending
up coming out through Cerulean Cave, and waiting for your friends to catch up,
only to be left for dead or missing in action for about five years) you can
get yourself back on track somehow (like waking a long time later with
COMPLETE AMNESIA!!!)
