Question What’s going on

I just purchased a Corsair h100i RGB platinum se for one it doesn’t show up on bios and two since I installed it I’m getting a lower FPS on all my games and really bad lag nothing crashes they are just not playable I’m woundering if this has to do anything with my AIO cooler the aio is connected to a ASUS prime z390 a and I check my gpu and it’s running fine can some one please help also my intentions were to over lock my cpu with the aio and in BIOS I switch the AI from normal to optimize but then my pc kept crashing so I set it back to normal hope I didn’t mess anything up!!

check the cpu temp in bios?

Moab- ASUS prime z390-a

GPU- ASUS ROG strix amd Radeon rx 5500 xt 8GB

CPU- Intel i5 9600k

RAM- team group T force 32gb (2x16)

PSU- is a cyber power psu that’s a 600 watt

and the cpu when starting up is like 39c then wen playing games it gets up to I think some where in the 70s to 80s

It just says 600 watt 80 plus gold it’s not modular
