And how will it do playing modern games? And how will the RX580 compare to a R9 380?
And how will the 4590 compare to a 6500?

It's probably been ridden hard, and the PSU will be suspect from the get-go. Don't expect much from the SSD, either.

I'd say that a high offer would be something like $389.00, but I wouldn't feel comfortable offering more than $300.00 if my wallet was involved.

If the haggling took it over $340, I'd walk.

A 4590 I'm guessing you won't get much for it. Sometimes you're better off stripping the system and selling the parts rather than pricing the rig as a whole.
