what 1151 cpu cooler?

I have I5-7600K, MSI H270 CARBON GAMING motherboard, gtx 970, NZXT S340 ELITE, my rig is all red/black so LED would be a bonus. budget would be under 100 eur but im open to all options.

Personally, I always recommend the Noctua NH-D14/D15 or budget friendly Deepcool Gammaxx 400. Equally a good Cryorig (more expensive) have excellent cooling capabilities.

Yeah ive been watching those (Noctua) but those are not LGA 1151

That would be all you need since your not buying a Z270 board to overclock your processor with and even if you were would give a decent overclock.
You should be buying a Z270 board.

Is it better than DeepCool gammax 600?

The 600 will not fit inside the case.
