What 1151 Z170 CPU pins are dedicated to RAM slots

I was given an ASUS Z170 Sabertooth mk.1 motherboard with bent CPU pins. none have snapped off, all pins are present.

I attempted to bend a few pins back to their original orientation.
The first issue was still no post, no beep codes or immediate shut down occurred, this M/B has on board diagnostic LEDs.
it indicated an issue with the CPU.
Again, I attempted to reorient the pins a little better this time.
I succeeded, the CPU was now recognized however the board is now beeping: undetected RAM codes and the on board Diag. LED is confirming the RAM error [One continuous beep followed by two short beeps then a pause (repeated) ]
(I've tried all 4 slots with tested working DDR4 RAM in several orientations, single slot, dual, fully populated etc. to no avail.
I will try to shift a few more pins around but I don't want to undo the little progress I've already made.

Question:
Does any one have a detailed diagram of what pins are dedicated to what function? I know there are data sheets from Intel but those diagrams aren't very descriptive in terms of dictating what pins do what.
Ex. RSVD, VCCGT, VCC, VSS

I have a tested working rig to eliminate variables. I'm well versed in PC troubleshooting

*Update 07.20.18 Top left hand corner pins may deal with CPU detection..
No Progress in getting MB post, even with MemOK! button procedure.
