I have been looking at the Bitfenix Spectre Pro LED, Corsair Air Series AF120 LED Quiet Edition, and the Thermatake Riing 12 Series Static Pressure. I want the best ratio or performance and silence as well as quality.

Solution
From you other thread I answered.
The best I have found so far for high performance air flow and low noise is the Aerocool shark fans.
Shark 82.6 CFM @ 26.5 DBA . or 32.5 CFM @12.6 DBA with low power adaptor which is included
Corsair 39.88 CFM@ 21 DBA
Bitfenix 56 CFM @ 18.9 DBA

But they do not come with LEDs.

Added Thermaltake specs.
40.6 CFM @ 24.6 DBA
I researched fans quite a bit for cooling my Folding machines.
I looked for the highest CFM ( cubic feet per minute) @ the lowest DBA (decibels) and the shark fans deliver more air flow with less noise than any other fan I found. My wife was complaining that my computers in our office area were to loud ,hence my search for high airflow less noise fans.

Most mid to high end motherboards come with software to change fan speeds depending on CPU temperature. So when the computer is idle the fan speeds slow down and make even less noise.
Such as FanXpert for Asus boards and some have presets you can select in the bios.

Solution
Noctura are the quietest fans on the market, but they have low airflow.
Unless you buy their industrial 3000rpm screamers that move 120+CFM.
From your choices the Bitfenix is the best choice if you do not like the looks of the Aerocool Shark series.
A couple of my shark fans have been running 24/7/365 for three years now and still perform well. Their Fluid Dynamic Bearings almost completely eliminate fan vibration and have very low noise compared to Sleeve and Ball bearings.

I really like the Aerocool Sharks. I don't know why I didn't come across them at some point. Thanks for you help!
