I am having a difficult time finding a modular 140mm (depth) PSU that is reliable and can power a GTX 760. This is what I ordered so far..just deciding on the PSU.

Fractal Node 304 ITX case (2 fron 92mm fans 1 140mm rear)
Asus z87 itx deluxe
i7-4770s
Noctua NH-U12s (1 120mm fan)
3 TB 7200 rpm HDD + 128 GB Crucial SSD
GTX 760

Many of the silverstones I've found are either plagued by very noisy fans or high failure rate. Except this one...but it only has a single pci-e input..but it hosts a cable that splits (it's two connectors on the same cord). This is the only con of this PSU. ANY help would be appreciated.
